TAXIDO was launched on the 18 July 2003; it is an organization that was formed to give hope to the young arts and culture hopefuls. It consists of 26 senior member and 24 juniors who are the previous victim and survivors of abuse and some are orphaned. Throughout its launch TAXIDO has had a positive impact on the community of Katlehong through their productions that always have positive messages and very educational.
CORPORATE & PRIVATE PERFOMANCES
Throughout the past 12 years Taxido existence, the company has had greater number of invitations, accolades, performances, collaborations and awards ceremonies to cement its strong foundation in the arts industry. Company specializes in classic and modern dance performances such as TRADITIONAL, SOPHIATOWN, PANTSULA, TA (DANCE & COCKTAIL DANCES, DRAMA, MUSIC & POETRY. The performances are for corporate, private, indigenous, industrial and sporting events and functions.
TOURNAMENTS
Tournaments are what keep our neighborhood alive. Therefore Taxido is very proud to be one the companies that participate and contributes in our sporting events. So far the company has had many involvements in sporting activities that includes the biggest tournament in Africa; FIFA WORLD CUP 2010 hosted in South Africa
CARNIVALS
Research shows that 25 of the rapid growth markets are emerging markets and South Africa is one of these. This puts South Africa, and the Gauteng province in particular, in a favourable economic situation. Through carnivals. Taxido remains one of the active companies that support carnivals of self(worth and community upliftment's through Gauteng.
WORKSHOPS

FESTIVALS/EVENTS
Taxido Arts Productions have a very capable solid team of individuals who produces outstanding work ethnic in both performing and management disciples. So far the company has had a tremendous record of being involved and participated in more than 20 festivals that includes its own; Mazibuye Emasisweni since 2003. The festival is currently in production and has thus far attracted interest internationally.
The number of jobs created, through local productions totalled 26, an increase of 51 on the preceding financial year.
